... -Formal seating with a dance floor, 150 guests (175 without dance floor) -Casual seating and standing room, 200+ guests
How many guests can The Brooke accommodate?
... Yes. We offer both formal round-table seating with white Chiavari chairs, along with wooden pub-style tables and matching chairs. We also have high-top cocktail tables with stools.
... Yes, you are free to bring in your own food and/or caterer! We also have several caterers we could refer you to.
Can we bring our own food or use or own caterer?
... We do not have a full kitchen, but we do have a dedicated food-setup room that can be used for staging, warming, and serving.
Does The Brooke have a full kitchen?
... Yes, you have the option to use our decor services or bring in your own.
Can we bring in our own decorator?
... -Confetti, confetti balloons, and loose glitter are NOT permitted. -All balloons must be taken with you or popped & disposed of before you leave.
Are there any decorating restrictions?
... Yes. We offer premium linens, centerpieces, backdrops, and more...
Do you offer decorating services?
... No, you are NOT permitted to bring in your own alcohol. We have a fully stocked bar onsite. If you are having a private event and would like to have a specific brand available, we will gladly accommodate your request.
Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages?
... -You are able to bring in your own DJ. -We do have a sound system if you do not plan to have a DJ. You could either create your own playlist and "share" it with us, or we can play one of our house lists during your event.
What are your music options?
... Yes, there is street parking along with several lots around the building. Street meters are not enforced evenings and weekends.
Is parking available?
... -Children and teens are allowed for private rentals only and must have adult (21+) supervision at all times. Minors are not allowed during public bar hours. Alcohol is 21+ only with valid ID required.
Are children and teenagers allowed onsite?
... -In the food-serving area only: bag and tie all trash, sweep the floor, wipe down tables and equipment. (Supplies will be provided to you) -Remove all personal items, leftover food, and supplies from main event area -Remove or dispose of all decor, including all balloons -Place trash bags in the designated location
