Friday-Sunday $1,500
-6.5 Hours of rental time OR full day buyout for 13 hours at $2,000
-$500 credit towards bar OR decor
-Tables (round, rectangle, square, and high-top)
-Chairs (white Chiavari, wooden pub, or metal folding chairs)
-Table and chair set-up
-Dedicated food service room
-Specialty lighting
-Use of speakers, microphone, televisions, and projector screen
-Event staff (during actual event time)
-Curated signature drink design based on your theme
-1 Bottle of champagne setup for the guest of honor table
Additional Hours: $150 per hour (subject to availability)​

Event Approval Policy
The Brooke reserves the right to approve or decline any event request at our sole discretion. Events must comply with venue policies, liquor licensing regulations, and safety standards. Some events may require professional security at the venue's discretion.
