PRIVATE EVENTS

 

Reserved exclusively for the host and their invited guests.  There are no ticket sales or cover charges and the venue is not open to the public during this time. Listed rental fees assume alcohol service.  For dry events, contact us for pricing. 

 

Friday-Sunday $550

-6.5 Hours of rental time (includes setup and breakdown time)

-Tables & chairs setup (pub style and/or formal reception style)

-Dedicated food service room

-Specialty lighting

-Use of televisions, projector screen, speakers, and microphone

-Fully stocked bar on-site (cash, tickets, host tab, and open bar options available)

-Bartenders (during actual event time)

-Curated signature drink design based on your theme

-1 Bottle of champagne setup for the guest of honor table

**Additional Hours: $125 per hour subject to availability**

Monday-Thursday $100hr (3 hour minimum)

-Tables & chairs setup (pub style and/or formal reception style)

-Dedicated food service room

-Specialty lighting

-Use of televisions, projector screen, speakers, and microphone

-Fully stocked bar on-site (cash, tickets, host tab, and open bar options available)

-Bartenders (during actual event time)

-Curated signature drink design based on your theme

TICKETED/PAID ENTRY EVENTS

 

These events are usually hosted by promoters and require either advance ticket purchase or payment at the door for entry. Ticketed events require additional policies to ensure safety and bar compliance. Listed rental fees assume alcohol service.  For dry events, contact us for pricing.

Friday & Saturday Minimum Bar Spend $800

Sunday Minimum Bar Spend $500

-Fully stocked bar on-site (cash, tickets, host tab, and open bar options available)

**Minimum Bar Spend: If bar sales (before tax & gratuity) do not reach the minimum bar spend, the organizer/promoter pays the difference**

Booking Requirements

  • 50% Deposit to secure date

  • Balance paid at least 7 days before event

  • Contract signed and returned

Event Approval Policy

The Brooke reserves the right to approve or decline any event request at our sole discretion.  Events must comply with venue policies, liquor licensing regulations, and safety standards.  Some events may require professional security at the venue's discretion.
